Welcome to Will’s Tech Help. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered

Will’s Tech Help provides in-person and digital support for general tech needs, including:

  • Device setup (phones, laptops, tablets, etc.)

  • General help (emails, apps, settings)

  • Cybersafety tips and support

  • Senior support (easy-to-follow tech guidance)

We do not provide hardware repairs, legal/financial tech advice, or services beyond our advertised offerings.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in AUD.

  • Payment is required at the end of each session in-person via cash, EFTPOS, or valid gift card.

3. Session Duration and Time Overruns

  • Sessions are 20, 30 or 35 minutes.

  • If more time is required and available, additional charges may apply.

  • Time begins at the scheduled appointment time, not the start of help.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a $10 fee.

  • Sessions can be rescheduled once at no cost, subject to availability.

5. Liability

  • Will’s Tech Help is not responsible for:

    • Any loss of data, files, or programs

    • Device malfunctions after services are provided

  • Customers are advised to back up their devices before any session.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide honest and accurate information about their device and issues.

  • Access to personal accounts, passwords, and devices must be voluntarily granted by the customer.

7. Privacy

  • All personal information is kept confidential and is only used to deliver our services.

  • We do not sell or share customer information with third parties.

8. eGift Cards

  • eGift cards are non-refundable and do not expire after purchase.

  • Discounts and loyalty offers cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

9. Right to Refuse Service

Will’s Tech Help reserves the right to refuse service if:

  • The environment is unsafe

  • Abuse or harassment occurs

  • A task requested is beyond the service scope.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this website, and the new terms will take effect immediately.
