What to have ready

Include the device make and model and what you want help setting up. Have the device and its power cable available. Keep passwords private and enter them yourself when needed.

Remote or in-person?

Some questions and settings can be handled remotely if the device supports it. If hands-on setup would be more useful, an in-home visit in the Columbia area may be available by request. We can talk through the device and task first.
