If a printer won’t connect, won’t print, or no longer appears on your computer, I can help check its setup and work through common connection or software issues.

What to have ready

If possible, have the printer and the computer or phone you use with it nearby. Include the printer make and model and the exact error message in your request. Please leave out account passwords and payment details.

Remote or in-person?

Some computer-side setup can be checked remotely. Connecting a printer or checking its physical setup may call for an in-person visit; one in the Columbia area may be available by request. This service is for setup and troubleshooting, not a promise to repair broken printer hardware.
