What to have ready

Tell me which devices are affected and when the problem started. If you know the internet provider or router model, include it. Never send a Wi-Fi password in the request; we can discuss a safe way to use it if needed.

Some connection and device-setting issues may be handled remotely. If the problem needs someone to check equipment in person, an in-home visit in the Columbia area may be available by request. The exact issue determines what makes sense.
