What to have ready

Include the TV or streaming device make and model and describe what you see on the screen. Have the remote and power supply available. Do not send account passwords; enter them yourself if an app asks for them.

Remote or in-person?

Some setup questions can be handled remotely, but a TV connection may need hands-on help. An in-home visit in the Columbia area may be available by request. Help is limited to setup and everyday troubleshooting, not TV or hardware repair.
