Include the device make and model and tell me what you want to do. Keep the device charged and nearby. Do not send your passcode, account password, or payment details in the request.

Some questions may be handled by talking through the steps or with suitable remote help. If you would rather have hands-on help, an in-home visit in the Columbia area may be available by request. We’ll decide what fits after you describe the task.
