Tell me the program name, your computer type, and any message shown on screen. If the software requires a license or account, keep those details private and enter them yourself when needed. Software availability or licensing is not included in the service price.

Remote or in-person?

Installation and settings issues may be suitable for remote help when the computer and software allow it. If the problem needs hands-on attention, an in-home visit in the Columbia area may be available by request. I’ll review the specific situation before we decide.
